Development Leadership Consortium

The Development Leadership Consortium (DLC), now in its second decade of existence, is a mentoring organization serving professionals in development and related fields as their careers advance from the earliest stages of service through achievement of ever-higher levels of responsibility.

There are now several programs offered by the DLC:

1. Annual Fellows
A one-year program for individuals relatively new to the field, featuring informative monthlyvisits to Chicago foundations with
in-depth conversations about professional growth, life in the
not-for-profit world, and the benefits of networking.
(6:00 – 9:00 P.M. monthly; September—June)

2. Management Fellows
A one-year curriculum led by a seasoned professional, designed
to help experienced fund raisers build sophistication about management roles at the second-tier level in larger not-for-profit organizations.
